Kingdom Come band
Formed in Los Angeles in 1987, Kingdom Come’s eponymously titled debut release the following year was certified Gold while reaching #12 on the US Billboard 200. Their first single “Get it On” hit number 4 on the Billboard charts, and became the most requested song on AOR Stations for six weeks. The follow-up single, “What Love Can Be”, also charted on the US Billboard charts, leading to Van Halen’s Monsters of Rock Tour in the summer of 1988 with Van Halen, Scorpions, Metallica, and Dokken.
1989 saw the release of their second LP, In Your Face, which produced three more charting singles, “Do You Like It”, “Who Do You Love”, and “Overrated”, as well as extensive touring with RATT, Bon Jovi, Warrant, and Black Sabbath.
Amid their rise to the top of the industry, the band broke up for personal reasons in 1989. A new lineup toured Europe exclusively throughout the 1990’s. Then in 2018 original lead guitarists Danny Stag and Rick Steier, with bassist JB Frank, reunited to celebrate the 30th Anniversary of their 1988 self-titled album.
Now it’s time to Return to the Kingdom once again, with a brandnew touring lineup for 2024! Joining original members Danny Stag, Rick Steier, and JB Frank, are veteran studio & touring drummer Matt Muckle (Paul Gilbert, Lynch Mob, Gabby Barrett) and vocalist Ezekiel, with a brand-new album release in the works, and an all-new live
show!
